Arch Canyon Partners was formed to provide clients with valuations that are well reasoned, supportable, and custom-tailored to reflect each engagement’s unique nuances. Valuation is part science and part art, and our goal at ACP is to meld the two and tell the story of each engagement.

About Adam McArthur

Adam McArthur, CFA, ASA, has nearly two decades of experience providing valuation and litigation support services. He has qualified as an expert witness in various California Superior Courts, United States Bankruptcy Courts and the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Adam focuses on the valuation of closely held corporations, intangible assets, undivided interest appraisals, partnerships and professional practices. He provides valuations for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift tax purposes, shareholder disputes, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), financial reporting, and restructuring purposes, amongst others.

Adam is a member of the CFA Institute, the American Society of Appraisers, the Institute of Business Appraisers and the CFA Society of Los Angeles. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from California State University at Northridge.
