About David Oberg

David focuses his practice in to two primary areas – business transactions and bankruptcy.  As a business attorney, he guides a diverse group of clients ranging from aviation, telecommunication, manufacturing, service firms, restaurants, and other entrepreneurs with a variety of day-to-day matters including corporate governance, commercial transactions, and real property.  David also represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency matters.  He has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and receivers, in all areas of insolvency and bankruptcy matters including adversary proceedings, which gives him a unique perspective.
