Attorneys come to me when they want to find a firm that fits them better. There are many reasons lawyers want to move. Often, they are unhappy with the culture, feel like they aren’t fairly compensated for the business they bring in, or need more support to grow their practice.  The only truly wrong reason to move is hating law (which can’t be fixed by going to another law firm!). The good news is that there is always a perfect-fit law firm out there.  As a former practicing attorney myself, I know how essential it is to be in the right fit!

I’m a recruiter, but really I’m more of a talent agent – I find the right place for your talent. I find the firm that is the exact right perfect fit firm. I do the legwork, the research and make initial contact to create a position around your needs.  You are always in control; you decide when you want to move (and can decide not to move).  My mission is your happiness, I’m not trying to make firms happy or fill slots for them, I work for you (even though the firms pay).

If you have a book of business, generally $500,000 or more (though if we review your book of business together, we may find your book is bigger than you think), and want to confidentially explore a move, let’s talk. I’ll tell you what I think is possible and we can take it from there.  If you are a mid to senior level associate, and starting to grow your book of business, I can help you as well to find your perfect fit firm.  It never hurts to talk!
